Can I bring in a cake? Yes. You are more than welcome to bring in a cake if you wish. We will provide plates, utensils and napkins.
Will our party be in the laser tag arena by themselves? No. There may be other parties and walk-in patrons participating in laser tag missions with your party.
Can parents or siblings that are not party guests play? Yes. Space permitting, parents and siblings who are not guests can join a laser tag mission. A member of your party must let the Manager as well as the party host know the number of extra participants per attraction when you arrive at Laser Tag. Any person that is not considered a party guest will be charged $6.00 for one game and $12.00 for two games. (Age restrictions apply.)
If I scheduled a party for 12 guests and only 10 show up, will I be charged for the scheduled number of guests? No. you will only pay for the number of guests that attend the party. However, if you have less than the minimum of 10 guests, you will be charged the base party price.
What forms of payment are accepted? Laser Web accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. Discover and personal checks are not accepted.
Can we bring in food? You are allowed to bring in snacks or a vegetable tray, but since we make pizza onsite, other outside food such as pizza, subs, etc. is not allowed.
